煎卷成型机

    该机由机架，夹饼刀体，升降机构，移动机构，刀体开合夹紧机构等组成，升降气缸驱动刀体上下运动，同步滚珠丝杠驱动刀体前后运动，开合气缸驱动刀体开合运动。该机由PLC编程，电脑控制，触摸屏操作，在杏元煎饼生产过程中，刀体与烘烤炉钢带同步运行，使杏元薄饼在刚出炉时受到夹饼刀体的挤压，弯曲变形而成为外形美观，口感酥脆的煎卷食品。

　　This machine is composed of a rack, a pastry clamping cutter body, an elevating mechanism, a moving mechanism and a cutter body opening/closing and a clamping mechanism, etc. The elevating cylinder drives the cutter body to move vertically, the synchronous ball screw drives the cutter body to move back and forth, and the opening/closing cylinder drives the cutter body to make opening/closing movement. This machine is PLC programmed, computer controlled and operated with a touch screen. During production of egg yolk biscuits and pancake rolls, the cutter body runs synchronously with the steel belt of the oven, so that the egg yolk biscuits are extruded by the pastry clamping cutter body at the time of being discharged from the oven, and become bent and deformed to form rolls with good appearance and crispy tastes.
